Fry the garlic and onions till softened. Then add the peppers and fry them.<br /><br />(5) Prepare a pot. Put (4) and white wine in it, and boil them. Add the chicken pieces and canned tomatos. Then add some salt and pepper, and keep boiling them over mideum heat.<br /><br />(6) When it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to simmer and take the foam out from the surface. Keep boiling for 20 - 25 minutes. Don't forget to stir sometimes!<br /><br />(7) In the meantime, cut the broccoli from the stalk. Boil them at high heat. Sometimes remove the foam coming up on the surface. <br /><br />(4) Put 2 spoons of rice wine (sake) and 1 spoon of sugar in the pot. Use white wine if you don't have rice wine. Keep boiling over low heat.<br /><br />(5) Add the turnips, salt and soy sauce into the pot. Leave them for 30 minutes.<br /><br />(2) Take the clams out from the salt water. Prepare a pan. Put some water and the clams in it. Simmer the clams over low heat to make clam soup.<br /><br />(3) Chop the garlic and onion finely. <br /><br />(4) Saute the chopped garlic and onion in a pot with olive oil. Suggestion- I recommend you use an <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/search?ie=UTF8&keywords=oil%20mister&tag=jisibre-20&index=garden&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=9325">oil mister</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=jisibre-20&l=ur2&o=1" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" /> to reduce the volume of oil. <br /><br />(5) Add canned tomatos to the pot, and keep boiling for 10 minutes. This wiil be the tomato sauce.<br /><br />(6) Prepare another pot and put steamed rice in it. Then add (2) and (5), and simmer over low heat. Don't forget to stir it sometimes. Then soak them in water.<br /><br />(5)  Prepare a pan, and put water, some consomme, white wine, and a bay leaf in it. Then put (3) and boil them over medium heat. When it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to simmer. Keep heating for 10 - 15 minutes.<br /><br />(6) Put (1) and the potatos into the pan, and keep heating.
