Tomato Chicken Stew Recipe
I sometimes make tomato chicken stew referring to a Japanese recipe book for IBD. I really like it because it is tasty and hearty.
Cooking Instructions
(1) Peel the skin of the chicken breast, and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Put some salt on them. Slice the onions and peppers thin. Then chop the garlic finely.
(2) Prepare a plastic bag, and put the chicken pieces and flour in it. Shake the bag to dredge the chicken pieces in flour. Then take them out from the bag.
(3) Prepare a pan and mist olive oil on it using an oil mister
. Fry the chicken pieces.
(4) Prepare another pan and mist olive oil on it using an oil mister
. Fry the garlic and onions till softened. Then add the peppers and fry them.
(5) Prepare a pot. Put (4) and white wine in it, and boil them. Add the chicken pieces and canned tomatos. Then add some salt and pepper, and keep boiling them over mideum heat.
(6) When it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to simmer and take the foam out from the surface. Keep boiling for 20 - 25 minutes. Don't forget to stir sometimes!
(7) In the meantime, cut the broccoli from the stalk. Then heat it in a microwave oven for 1 minute.
(8) Add the broccoli to the pot and keep boiling for 3 more minutes.
(9) Turn off the heat and enjoy!

Cooking Ingredients (for 2 persons)
Chicken Breast: 200g
Flour: some
Onions: 100g
Broccoli: 70g
Green pepper: 1
Red pepper: 1
Garlic: 1 clove
White wine: 50ml
Boiled tomatos: half a can
Salt and pepper: some
Olive oil: some
